Florence Price Panel Discussion — Kamoinge Strings

Walker West Music Academy / MN Opera Partnership
Kamoinge Strings performs for the Florence Price panel discussion, a community event in support of the world premiere of the opera My Name is Florence by composer B.E. Boykin. The composer and other scholars and singers will be on hand to share their impressions of Price's music, life, and legacy — a composer Kamoinge has celebrated for many years through ensemble pieces and solo recital works.
